EXCHANGES ONLY
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days from the delivery date of the online order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags intact.
Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.
EXCHANGE OPTIONS
Exchanges can be made for:
The same design with size change, or
A different design of your choice.
Discounted or sale items are eligible for exchange, however:
The exchange value will be based on the original (non-discounted) price, not the discounted price.
Any price difference must be paid by the customer at the time of exchange.
DELIVERY & PROCESSING
All delivery and return courier costs must be arranged and paid by the customer.
Online exchange processing typically takes 7–10 working days from the date we receive the item.
Exchange requests must be confirmed with our support team before sending the item back.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Exchanges will be accepted only after prior confirmation from our online support team.
Items returned in a condition that is not fully resalable will not be accepted for exchange.
Change of delivery address cannot be accommodated once the order has been shipped.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
