How do I make a purchase?
To make a purchase, click the ‘order now’ button and proceed with further directions given by the website.
What payment methods do NEXX accept?
We only accept cash on delivery. Card payments will not be accepted.
An Item I want to buy is sold out will you be restocking it?
Restocking our styles depends on its demand. If the style is frequently asked about, we will be restocking it within a few weeks. If not, you can pick a similar style using the ‘search’ feature.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
We ship to one address in one delivery, although you can add a different address as the recipient’s address.
How long does delivery take, and what are the charges?
Our delivery duration is 3-7 business days. The delivery charges depend on the recipient’s location, although to the areas that that belong to Colombo 01-15 will be delivered free of charge.
What is the return notice period?
Any purchase you make will not be eligible to exchange after 7 days. In order to exchange, the garment should be in its original condition and it will only be accepted with its receipt
Note: We do not exchange dresses and bodysuits.
Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed
Once an order is placed you will not be able to change or amend the order.
